5. Customer Account

Customers are responsible for activities carried out through their account, subject to applicable law.
If a customer believes that their account has been accessed or used without authorization, they should contact QSDC Bazaar as soon as reasonably possible.

- Brand/manufacturer information
- Price
- Availability
- Other relevant information
However, minor differences may occur between product images and the actual product due to photography, screen/display settings, packaging changes, manufacturer changes or other genuine reasons.

9. Pricing or Technical Errors

However, technical, typographical, system or other unintentional errors may occur.
If a product is displayed with an incorrect price or other material information due to an error, QSDC Bazaar may, subject to applicable law:
- Contact the customer for clarification;
- Correct the information;
- Cancel the affected order; or
- Take other appropriate action.
If an order is cancelled after payment due to such an error, the applicable amount received for that order will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.

ਜੇ ਅਜਿਹੀ error ਕਰਕੇ payment ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ order cancel ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ received applicable amount ਨੂੰ applicable refund process ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ refund ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
10. Placing an Order

When placing an order, the customer is responsible for:
- Selecting the correct product;
- Selecting the required quantity;
- Providing correct customer and delivery information;
- Reviewing the product and order details;
- Reviewing applicable charges; and
- Confirming the order.
Once the customer submits an order, the system may generate an order confirmation.

11. Order Confirmation Does Not Always Mean Final Acceptance

An order confirmation or order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that QSDC Bazaar has finally accepted the order.
Orders may be subject to verification, product availability, payment confirmation, fraud prevention checks and other applicable checks.
QSDC Bazaar may accept, decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law.

12. Order Quantity

14. Payment Confirmation and Failed Transactions

An order will be treated as successfully paid only after the payment status is successfully confirmed through the applicable payment system.
If an amount is debited from the customer's account but the order is not successfully created or confirmed, the amount will be handled according to the applicable payment gateway, bank and refund process.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, mobile number and other required delivery information.
Estimated delivery time may depend on product availability, delivery location, warehouse or seller location, logistics arrangements and other circumstances.
Estimated delivery time is not necessarily a guaranteed delivery time unless specifically stated otherwise.

Customers must not:
- Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- Use another person's account without authorization;
- Place fraudulent or intentionally misleading orders;
- Misuse discounts, coupons, promotions or offers;
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers, databases or systems;
- Attempt to interfere with website operation or security;
- Introduce malicious code, viruses or harmful software;
- Use automated methods to misuse or disrupt the website;
- Use QSDC Bazaar for unlawful purposes; or
- Violate the rights of QSDC Bazaar or any third party.

Where QSDC Bazaar provides review, rating, comment, image or other user-content features, customers must provide genuine, lawful and relevant content.
Customers must not submit content that is:
- False or misleading;
- Abusive or threatening;
- Defamatory;
- Illegal;
- Fraudulent;
- Infringing another person's rights; or
- Otherwise inappropriate.
QSDC Bazaar may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
